Did Not Receive Verification Email

If you did not receive your verification email, you are not alone. Email delivery can occasionally be unreliable, and in some cases verification messages may be delayed, filtered into spam, or not arrive at all.

Account verification is normally required in order to access more coordinates per hour on free accounts. However, if you were already planning to upgrade, purchasing a Premium membership will bypass those limits entirely and will also automatically mark your account as verified.

If you do not want to upgrade to Premium and simply need your account verified, please submit a support ticket and we will help get your account sorted out as quickly as possible.
